Bryant Fajardo is the owner and chef of Patio Tapas and Beer. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Los Angeles, Bryant’s culinary skills were further developed by working with and learning from some of the best chefs in the industry, including Chef Walter Manzke, owner of République, rated by TIME Magazine as one of the "11 best new restaurants in the world!"

Another big mentor for Bryant was Chef José Andrés, owner of The Bazaar. While working for Chef Andrés in Los Angeles and later Miami Beach, Bryant discovered his love for Spanish cuisine. At Patio Tapas and Beer, Bryant proves himself to be a meticulous, self-disciplined, and hard-working chef. His creativity and high-quality dishes are presented to guests through both traditional and modern Spanish cuisine, all in a relaxed, sophisticated, and upscale European-style atmosphere!
