About Patio

Bryant Fajardo is the owner and chef of Patio Tapas and Beer.  A graduate from Le Cordon Bleu in Los Angeles, Bryant’s culinary skills were further developed by working with, and learning from, some of the best chefs in the industry, including Chef Walter Menzke, owner of Republiquela rated by TIME Magazine as one of the 11 best new restaurants in the world!


Another big mentor for Bryant, was Chef Jose Andres, owner of Bazaar Restaurant. While working for Chef Jose Andres in Los Angeles, and later Miami Beach, Bryant discovered his love for the Spanish cuisine. With Patio Tapas and Beer, Bryant dedicates himself to be a meticulous, self-disciplined, and hard-working chef. His creativity and the best quality plates will be presented to his guests in both a traditional and modern Spanish cuisine, all in a relaxed, sophisticated, upscale European style atmosphere!

I would give this place 6 Stars if I could! The sangria is the best around, and I didn't eat pork belly until I came here on a recommendation and tried theirs... wow. I crave it. This place is a hidden gem, you need to check it out
